Contraband Arrest at Rogers State Prison

On July 27 at Rogers SP, a civilian with 2 book bags was observed walking near the wood line at the facility. Tattnall County Sheriff's Office was notified and arrived on scene to assist with locating the civilian. Once the civilian was located, the civilian ran on foot and a chase ensued. The GDC canine unit tracked the civilian and identified the civilian as Jontan Manzanarez. Civilian Manzanarez was arrested and transported to Tattnall County Jail with pending charges.
